How does the free trial work?

You get full OM Pro for 14 days with no card. Build a real package for a real deal. The trial includes one offering memorandum; deal sheets and the Quick Analyzer are unlimited during the trial. One trial per person. If you don’t subscribe, your account moves to the Free plan and your deals stay saved.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Your deals stay in your account on the free plan, and you can still open and analyze them in Quick Analyzer.

What is the difference between a fact sheet and a deal sheet?

The fact sheet in Quick Analyzer is one page: photo, price, cap rate, NOI, the loan, returns, a few highlights and your contact. The OM Pro deal sheet adds your full brand kit, three styles, rent schedules and lease detail, and can lead into a multi-page offering memorandum.

Who can see my deals?

Only you, unless you share a package or add teammates on a Teams plan.

Do I need Excel?

No. Everything runs in the browser. The Excel model is there for lenders and partners who want to trace the math.
